Butchered Birds

Chicken - 0 to 6 lbs. - $4.00 / bird

Chicken- 6 to 8 lbs. - $4.50 / bird

Chicken- Over 8 lbs. - $5.00 / bird

Layer Hens & Roos - Same as above

Turkey - $15.00 / bird

*All birds are shrink wrapped

* A $100 minimum charge is required for processing. Which amounts to 25 birds at $4.00 / bird. Or equivalents. Detailed quote given upon request.

Giblet ( liver, heart, gizzard) - $5.00 per 20 birds

ONLY

Heart - $0.75 each

Liver - $0.75 each

Gizzard - $1.00 each

Neck- $0.25 each

Feet - $0.25 each
